Terms of Service

By using Cut Gen ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Accounts

You need an account to generate images. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) and provide accurate information.

Credits and payments

• The Service runs on credits. Each generation consumes credits at the rate shown on the pricing page.
• Credits are purchased through Stripe. Prices are listed before checkout and may change for future purchases.
• Credits don't expire while your account is active. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically.

Refunds

Because credits are digital goods consumed at use time, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you believe you were charged in error or there's a serious problem with the Service, email hello@cutgen.ai within 14 days and we'll work it out.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent.
• Generate sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal content.
• Impersonate or harass others, or generate misleading deepfakes.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or bot protections.
• Use the Service to compete with us by training a similar model on its outputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the images you generate. You grant Cut Gen a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service (storage, AI generation, displaying them back to you). We don't use your content to train AI models or for marketing.

Generated images

AI outputs are best-effort previews — they can look unrealistic, miss details, or fail in ways that aren't obvious. Don't treat them as a guarantee of any real-world haircut. Use of generated images is your responsibility, including any commercial use.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime can happen.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cut Gen is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination, unused credits are forfeited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
